I Welcome to Craftworks Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our custom-made, beautifully crafted gift items. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our website and make purchases. You also represent that any personal details provided during the purchase process are accurate and up to date.  

Products and Services

All products available on this site are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and texture. Each item is unique, which adds to its charm and value.

Pricing and Payment

Prices

All prices listed on the website are in BD currency and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

Payment Methods

Currently we only accept Cash on delivery,  Future we will  accept the following payment methods: [bKash/Nagad] mobile banking.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they are defective or damaged. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue. We will either offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, we offer a 7 return policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders: Once an order for a custom item has been placed, it cannot be canceled after [X hours/days] as production will have begun.

Non-Custom Orders: Orders can be canceled within 7 days of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

 All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of Craftworks and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
